The Endopore® implant system was developed at the University of Toronto in 1983, although the technology of the implant surface has been in extensive use for orthopedic joint replacement fixation since the mid 1980's. In 1994, nearly ten years later Innova introduced the implant system in Canada . And in 1995, Innova received full approval to market the product in the two most highly regulated healthcare markets in the world, the USA and Japan, and since then, clinicians in over 30 countries have adopted the Endopore® Implant System.
The Endopore® Implant System was designed and developed by clinicians for clinicians, with over 55 papers published to date. Results have been consistent in clinical settings throughout the world. Our global clinical results and success rates exceed 95% in six centers with over 1,350 implants.
The Endopore dental implant incorporates a unique, truncated cone-shaped design that uses a multilayered porous surface geometry over most of its length to achieve integration by three-dimensional bone ingrowth.
Conveniently, whether you use the Two-Stage or One-Stage Endopore® System there is one streamlined surgical kit.
Eliminating the need for an elaborate array of surgical instrumentation. Making placement very efficient!
A complete set of osteotome hand instruments aid in the placement of Endopore® implants in soft maxillary bone.
Osteotomes compress the bone laterally, providing a denser bony interface, rather than removing valuable bone from the surgical site
The Endopore and Entegra™ Two-Stage External Hex Connection implants are compatible with a wide variety of prosthetic products for single tooth, crown and bridge and overdenture restorations including UCLA, UMA, Dalla Bona, Overdenture and O-Ring Systems.
The Endopore® Hybrid Surgical System
